Boom Boom Shrimp Tacos are the perfect blend of sweet and spicy! Starting with sweet coconut shrimp tossed in a mild boom boom sauce with flavors of sriracha and sweet chili and then deep-fried. The shrimp is placed on a bed of tropical slaw, topped with a savory pineapple-mango salsa, and served in three flour tortillas.
