We cook pizzas using an artisan old world style process where wood is the only source of heat. It leaves a smokey char on the handmade crust that is outstanding. All of our vegetables are cut fresh and hand applied to your order. Made to order pizza. Some roll out of the oven in as quick as 90 seconds.
