A wildly popular street food featuring a skewer of hot dog, mozzarella cheese (or both) dipped in a slightly sweet, yeasted batter. They are rolled in a crunchy coating like flaky crunch, deep-fried until golden, and finished with a dusting of granulated sugar and your favorite toppings. Entered in the 2026 Fair Food Fight by Umami Asian Bistro and Sushi.
